From New Leaf Nurseries these biodegradable coir seed trays are the ideal size for planting out seedlings or growing salad or herbs on a windowsill. Each tray holds about a litre of compost.

These pots are hand made in Sri Lanka and are:

• 100% biodegradable materials 
• Coir (waste coconut husk) and natural latex.
• Hold their form for about a year above ground
• Break down in a few months when planted in the ground (roots will grow straight through them).
